Who we are
PENRIGHT Consulting is the data controller for the personal information described on this page — the business responsible for deciding how it's used. You can contact us at info@penrightconsulting.co.uk or 07795013000 with any question or request about your information.
What we collect
When you contact us through this website, we may collect:
- Your name and contact details (phone number and/or email address) when you send an enquiry or make a booking
- Booking details, including your preferred dates and times and anything else you tell us about the job
- Details of any quote or invoice we send you, including the work involved and the price
- The content of any message you send through the website chat, so we or a member of the team can respond to you
- Any other information you choose to include in a message to us
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and manage any booking or job, and send you any quote or invoice you've asked for. Where the law requires it, we also use it to meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations.
We only use your information for these purposes — never for anything unrelated, and never sold to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry, booking or job, and afterwards for as long as we're required to for accounting, tax or legal purposes — typically up to six years.
Who we share it with
We use Vantage Point Digital to build and host this website, and to store the information above securely on our behalf as our data processor. We don't share your information with anyone else, except where we're required to by law.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for advertising or analytics tracking.
The booking page saves your in-progress booking in your browser's own local storage, so you don't lose your place if you navigate away. This stays on your device and is never sent to us unless you submit the booking form.
This website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive your device's IP address when a page loads, in line with Google's own privacy practices.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it's wrong, to have it deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in how this website works. The version on this page is always the current one.
